Terms and Conditions – Chinese Dating Mastery   General
  1. You are older than 18 years.
  2. Chinese Dating Mastery offers entertainment for men on the topic of women, personal improvement, and dating, as well as products and services related to women, personal improvement, and dating. All content, products and services are not to be considered as legal or professional advice, and are to be used for personal entertainment purposes only. Results from taking this course are not 100% guaranteed.
  3. You agree to not use this training for any unlawful purpose.
  4. Chinese Dating Mastery shall not be liable for any laws that you break during this training.
  5. You are responsible for your own health. Chinese Dating Mastery shall not be accountable for any bodily harm, illness or disease (including Covid-19) that may occur to you during the training sessions.
  6. You agree that any information, feedback, questions, comments and/or submissions to Chinese Dating Mastery will be deemed to be provided on a non-confidential and non-proprietary basis and will become and remain our property. Chinese Dating Mastery shall have no obligations of any kind with respect to any Submissions and shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and/or distribute any Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation. You also agree that Chinese Dating Mastery shall be free to use any ideas, concepts or techniques embodied in the Submissions for any purpose whatsoever, including, but not limited to, developing, manufacturing, and marketing products or services incorporating such ideas, concepts, or techniques. In addition, you hereby waive all rights you may have in any materials uploaded by you.
  7. Chinese Dating Mastery is allowed to film you unless you request not to.
  8. Upon request, Chinese Dating Mastery will censor your personal information including your face from any footage or audio acquired during the course.
    Cancellation and expiration policy
  1. Chinese Dating Mastery has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Students who do not give at least 24 hours advance notice will be charged the full amount for their missed lesson(s). A lesson may be rescheduled one time at no charge if proper 24 hour notice is given. If you must reschedule a lesson, please contact Chinese Dating Mastery immediately.
  2. Given that 24 hours’ notice is provided, each session can be re-arranged one time for free.
  3. All Lesson Packages expire 5 months from the date of purchase.
  4. Please arrive to the sessions on time. If you do not arrive at the agreed time, you will still be charged for the time missed with no make-up time added.
  5. In the situation that someone from Chinese Dating Mastery tests positive for Covid-19, the other party must be informed, and a 14 day break from the date of a positive test shall occur. The sessions will be re-arrange free of charge.
  6. Lessons will then resume following a negative Covid-19 test.
  7. In the situation a natural disaster or turbulent weather (such as a typhoon) occurs, the lesson will be re-arranged free of charge.
  8. Heavy rain does not allow as a proper reason for less cancellation unless it is deemed by the authorities as dangerous.
  9. In the situation of an emergency Chinese Dating Mastery has the right to cancel and reschedule a lesson. The student will not be charged for this and a refund will be available.
  10. Chinese Dating Mastery has to right to cancel the training at any time. In this situation, a refund for the remaining lessons not taught, will be provided.
  Live programs
  1. I understand and agree that the ideas, concepts, techniques and views that I will be exposed to are an opinion only, to be used for entertainment purposes only, and not to be considered as professional advice. I agree never to use any of the content that learnt in an unlawful manner. I shall not hold Chinese Dating Mastery liable in any way whatsoever for any damages as a result of using or my inability to use the concepts I learn at this training. I agree to forgo litigation and settle the matter using Binding Arbitration if a conflict should arise between Chinese Dating Mastery and I.
  2. Chinese Dating Mastery retains the right to refuse service and training to anyone at their discretion.
  3. I do not, and do not plan to, own, operate or work for a company or internet website that teaches men how to be successful with women and dating, and I understand I am obligated to keep all trade secrets confidential.
  4. Limited to Taipei City - Chinese Dating Mastery has the right to choose the locations of the training sessions. If the student makes a request to change the location of the live program trainings, Chinese Dating Mastery has the right to refuse.
  5. Chinese Dating Mastery cannot control the number of “attractive girls” in a given location or a given time. “Not enough attractive girls” does not entitle a refund for the session.
  Miscellaneous
  1. I will be an honest, moral person who treats women with respect.
  2. If a girl clearly does not like me, I will back off.
  3. Not every girl will like me, occasionally rejections will occur.
  4. I will not treat women like objects.
